Lessons are on the wide open beach or in the safe calm waters of Belmont Shore.
Belmont Shore is the ideal area in Southern California for lessons, and the only Beach in LA/OC area where beginners are allowed. Spring and Summer are the best season due to consistent wind.
DIRECTIONS: Belmont Shore is a short drive from many Southern California cities. Whether you are coming south from Los Angeles or north from Orange County, you will most likely get here in less than thirty minutes. Geographically, Belmont Shore is three miles down the coast from Downtown Long Beach and just two miles up from Seal Beach, Orange County. Making the Shore even more easily accessible is its proximity to the Pacific Coast Highway and the 405. From PCH in long beach take 2nd St. to Belmont Shores and then Lf. on Bayshore Drive to the Beach. Look on the beach for SoCal Kiteboarding. Directions available on our info number 800-939-4640.
We are located right on the sand by the lifeguard tower 10 and new restrooms on the Claremont Launchramp.
